Exchange and Refund Policy

 

- For our swimsuits, we do not offer refunds (only in unique cases)

- You will only be allowed a refund if the product that was delivered to you was not the one you ordered ( different size, different design, etc.), but rest assured that this does not happen 

- Exchanges will be allowed only if you receive a wrong size and would like to exchange it with the correct one. Also if you receive a wrong product and want to change it by the correct one.

- For the exchange or refund to be accepted, the product needs to be in its original condition and unused, we will inspect it first and then offer you your exchange.

 

 - Also for any other product, we only accept refunds if there is a problem in the product itself. We do not accept refunds if the problem is related to sizes. In this case we offer exchange with the size that fits you better.

 

• REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE; THEREFORE, WE ADVISE YOU TO CHECK THE SIZE GUIDE NEXT TO THE PRODUCT AND CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT BASED ON IT.
• THE PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE USED, IF YOU DECIDED TO EXCHANGE IT ( IT WILL BE INSPECTED)
